Places

The places are divided in three categories, but in all are ordered in  size, i.e. first country code followed by more specific information.

1. Swedish
For places in Sweden, the Country code is placed first (SE), followed by a  County code (valid 2003), then the city/village and in cases when farm or street is known it is places last.
2. American
For american places the Country code is places first (US), followed by the  State, then the city/village.
3. Other
The rest of the countries only the Country code, followed by the city/village (in those cases the place is known.
